This course covers why using a behavior analytic approach to clinical supervision helps reduce risks for personnel training and management for supervisors, supervisees, and trainees including those entry level personnel who are implementing treatment plans. This course also meets the supervision requirements for practitioners who are supervising the Behavior Technician level 1 Certificate holders. This course is equivalent to 20 hours.
